Our CureUV brand Replacement UVC Light Bulb for for CC12T5VH 05-0048 is an ozone producing cold cathode lamp that has a total length of 9 inches and a single-pin double-ended base style. A 185 nm UV light produces UV energy in wavelengths shorter than 220 nm which decompresses oxygen to produce ozone. The light bulb lasts 10,000 hours after which we highly recommend replacing it for better performance.
The replacement bulb works to sanitize and kill bacteria, protozoa, molds, viruses, and yeasts present in water.
