The Dorn/SPE Part # P3038C UV Curing Lamp Bulb is a 100% guaranteed compatible replacement bulb that has an iron metal halide fill and wattage of 300 WPI. The lamp bulb has an arc length of 38 inches and exceeds OEM standards of UV curing bulb performance. The replacement bulb is completely compatible to the Dorn/SPE UV systems. The UV curing lamp bulbs are the components necessary in the drying system. It also does not release volatile organic compounds in the air. The light bulbs generate a specific wavelength that assists in curing coating and inks. The quartz plate in lamp works as a filler between lamp and the system. This plate prevents dirt, grit and contaminants from building up on the lamp.
