The UV curing lamp bulb is a key component of the UV curing lamp. CureUV’s lamp bulbs are intended to improve the intensity of UV curing and also to reduce the intensity degradation as time passes. The curing lamp is designed in such a way that the spectral output and intensity of the lamp bulb ensure the capability to dry or cure UV adhesives and coatings. The iron filled lamp bulb harmonizes with the cure chemistry of the adhesives. The quartz glass plate protects lamps from debris and works as a filter between the lamp and the curing system. The plate prevents grit, dirt and contaminants from building up.
