The curing lamp features a quartz plate that prevents the lamp from debris and works as a filler between the curing system and lamp. The plate further prevents dirt, grit and contaminants from building up in the lamp.
The UV curing bulb is used extensively in the printing industry, mainly for curing coatings and inks. UV curing lamps are necessary for the drying system and are a better option to infra red drying as it resists smudges. UV Curing is environmental friendly and reduces the use of energy.
