The Waterborne/UV curable topcoat adds a protective finishing layer to your wooden doors, windows trims and other exterior surfaces protecting them from weather, dust, wind and other harsh conditions. Not only does this topcoat give an amazing finishing look, but it is also quick and easy to apply, making the finisher competitive while allowing profitability. The self-sealing topcoat and the instant curing maximize your productivity while decreasing errors. Your customers can leave in the morning to return the same day with NO solvent smells and furniture back in place.
This hybrid technology allows surface build similar to a conventional lacquer appearance but with the chemical and physical resistance that only UV-cured coatings can provide. The finishing look achieved with UV-curable coatings is not only beautiful but exceptional in durability and resistance to abrasion, water and chemicals that are superior to conventional coatings.
*Please note the water content must be evaporated followed by UV curing.
