The UV curing lamp bulb is an eco-friendly, yet economical option as compared to the traditional curing methods. Manufactured in the USA, the UV printer bulb comes with a predictable lifespan. The bulb helps in instantly drying of inks using UV light. The bulb consists of a quartz plate that prevents dirt, grit and contaminants from building up on the lamp. The curing lamp produces light instead of heat. It has to be replaced regularly for maximum performance. When the lamp is replaced less frequently, it may result in producing intense heat which could lead to the bulge in the print media. Intense heat also causes damage to the shutters and reflectors in the lamp housing. This damage causes high repairing costs and may provide bad output.
