The UVT Part # 1020B2 UV Curing Lamp Bulb is a 100% compatible replacement lamp bulb that is filled with mercury and exceeds OEM standards of UV curing bulb performance. The lamp bulb is compatible to the UVT UV systems and works well for the following part numbers:

The replacement lamp enables the drying of inks and coatings in signs and graphics. The curing lamp consists of quartz glass plate that helps in protecting the lamp from debris and works as a filler between the lamp and the curing system. The quartz plate prevents dirt, grit and contaminants from building up.
The UV curing bulb is used in the printing industry to help in curing inks and coatings. UV curing lamps are necessary for the drying system and are a better option to infra red drying as it resists smudges. UV Curing is an environmentally friendly process and also reduces the use of energy.
