The Water Master – 8S UV Light Bulb For Germicidal Water Treatment is a miniature two pin (bipin) lamp that provides a worry-free performance for the whole year. The 17.95 inch lamp uses UV-C lamp to inactivate and kill bacteria, molds, protozoa, viruses and yeasts. The high quality fixture has a long lifespan and is low in mercury dosage to meet the demands of the environment.
Studies have shown that a UV water purification system can effectively destroy 99.9% of waterborne microorganisms.
