The Aquafine 18060 Replacement Germicidal UVC bulb is a 100% Equivalent Aquafine Water Treatment UV Lamp for Model 18060. The UVC bulb is a 130 Watt lamp bulb that is a bi-pin winged on a single end. The total length of the bulb is 61.69″ and the arc length is 57.08″. The UVC light bulb has a rated life of 10,000 hours after which CureUV highly recommends that you replace the lamp bulb even if it continues to emit light.
The UVC light bulb has a peak output of 253.7 nm that effectively destroys the genetics of the microorganisms rendering them harmless. Pathogens such as giardia and cryptosporidium can be effectively destroyed with this method of purification.
