This replacement UV Quartz Plate is a clear fused polished quartz plate that exceeds OEM standards of UV curing performance. The quartz plate is subjected to strict quality control measures. While a normal glass plate will not be able to withstand high temperatures, a quartz plate is extremely resistant to heat. This is why it is a preferred choice in UV replacement curing lamps.
