The UV curing lamp bulb is an eco-friendly, cost-effective and an economical alternative to traditional curing methods in printing. Manufactured in the USA, the UV printer lamp bulb has a predictable life span and helps in drying coatings of inks and signs. The lamp comes with a quartz plate that prevents grit, dirt and contaminants from building up on the lamp. When the bulb hour rises, the lamp tends to produce less UV light and more heat. When the heat is intense it results in the print media bulging and also causes damage to the shutters and reflectors in the lamp housing. This could lead to high repairing costs and bad output.
