Guaranteed 100% Ultraviolet (UV) Clear Quartz Replacement Plate compatible for Honle UV Adhesive Curing System (5.23″ x 3.74″)
The clear fused UV plate is a generic OEM replacement and is subjected to strict quality control measures. Unlike a normal glass plate, the clear fused plate can easily withstand high temperatures, which is why a quartz plate is used in UV replacement curing lamps. The quartz plate has the following dimensions:
- 5.23″ (133mm) x 3.74″ (95mm)
An important component of the drying system, the replacement lamps work to dry coating and inks in signs and graphics. The lamp resists smudges and the glass plate protects lamps from debris to work as a filter between lamp and the curing system. The quartz plate also prevents dirt, grit and contaminants from building up.
