The MG Chemicals wipes are ideal for use in any UV application. At 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol they can clean any debris and oils that might affect the UV process.
This pack contains 50 6″ x 5″ wipes that are soaked in 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol.

The MG Chemical wipes are delicate enough to be used in any type of electrical circuitry but strong enough to be used in all industrial applications.
UV bulbs and quartz sleeves’ life spans are extremely susceptible to any water and oils on their surface. Using cleaning wipes that are less than 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol can affect this too. Any percentage of water present in the alcohol (70% alcohol means 30% water content) will sink into the surface of your bulbs and quartz sleeves laving behind undesired residue that will shorten their working life.
This is why the 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol wipes are the best solution for UV application cleaning.
It is recommended to clean thoroughly all aspects of the curing process before applying the substances to be cured (like coatings, adhesives, and more).
