Guaranteed 100% Ultraviolet (UV) Clear Quartz Replacement Plate compatible for NUR Expedio 5000 (6.023″ x 1.57 x 2.5mm)
The Nur Expedio 5000 UV Quartz Plate is a clear fused UV plate that is a generic OEM replacement. Subject to strict quality control measures, the quartz plate is capable of withstanding high temperatures unlike normal glass plate. The plate comes with the following dimensions:
- 153mm x 40mm x 2.5mm
The quartz plate is compatible to the NUR Expedio 5000 printer model. A replacement lamp is an important part of the printer drying system. It is primarily used to dry inks and coatings in signs and graphics. Better than infra red curing, the replacement lamp resists smudges.
A quartz plate helps in protecting the lamp from debris and works as an efficient filter between the curing system and the lamp. The quartz plate further prevents the accumulation of grit, dirt and contaminants from building up in the lamp.
