The Philips 290908 Replacement Germicidal Light Bulb is a 2 Pin 75 Watt Germicidal Water Treatment Bulb. The lamp bulb is compatible with germicidal OEM Water sterilization filters, UV sanitizers and water purifiers.
The lamp also uses UV-C light to extinguish pathogens such as bacteria, virus, protozoa and molds present in water. The fixture has a long lifespan and has low mercury dosage to meet environmental demands.
The germicidal water treatment bulb comes with a shatterproof coating that protects the lamp during damage. The coating also keeps the lamp glass from falling into the unit. This results in easy disposal of glass if it shatters and renders it easy to operate the system. All you will need to do is to select the option above.
