The Sterilight R-CAN S12Q-PA Replacement UVC Light Bulb is a 10 Watt germicidal water treatment bulb. The four pin stepped on a single end treatment bulb works well with germicidal OEM air and water purifier, sanitizers and filters. The lamp inactivates and kills bacteria, molds, virus, protozoa and yeast and is low on mercury dosage to meet environmental demands. The short wavelength emitted by the light bulb manages to alter the genetic structure of the microorganisms and renders them harmless.
With a wavelength range of 253.7nm, the germicidal UVC light bulb provides a worry-free performance for the entire year, after which we highly recommend that you change the light bulb for better system performance.
