The replacement lamp helps in drying coatings of inks in signs and graphics. CureUV manufactures curing lamp bulbs in various arc lengths and spectral fills. The lamp also consists of a quartz plate that works as filler between the system and the lamp. The main purpose of a quartz plate is that it prevents dirt, grit and contaminants from building up on the lamp.
