The Watts – WUV6 UV Light Bulb For Germicidal Water Treatment is a four pin on a single end light bulb that has a lamp length of 17.17 inches. The 21 watts UVC bulb gives you a worry-free performance for an entire year. Made using ceramic as its base material, the T5/T6 shaped lamp bulb has a wavelength range of 254nm. Researchers believe that this wavelength may help in disrupting the DNA of harmful microorganisms.

The germicidal water treatment bulb comes with a shatterproof coating that protects the lamp during damage. The coating also keeps the lamp glass from falling into the unit. The UV lamp starts instantly and makes use of a coil filament that operates hot.
